Bahan-bahan Butter Prawn 🍤

  1. Anda Membutuhkan untuk For Egg Floss.
  2. Anda perlu untuk A cup of oil.
  3. Anda Membutuhkan untuk Half block from the 250grm butter.
  4. Anda Membutuhkan untuk Two egg yolks.
  5. Anda Membutuhkan untuk One egg.
  6. Siapkan untuk For Butter Prawn.
  7. Siapkan 20-25 untuk pieces of prawns (medium size).
  8. Anda Membutuhkan untuk A teaspoon of curry powder.
  9. Anda Membutuhkan untuk A teaspoon of chilli powder.
  10. Siapkan untuk A teaspoon of Garam Masala (optional).
  11. Siapkan untuk One and half tablespoons of rice flour (or any kind of flour).
  12. Anda perlu untuk Salt.
  13. Anda Membutuhkan untuk Two big red chillies (Slice or chop).
  14. Anda perlu untuk Three Bird's Eye Chillies (Slice or Chop).
  15. Siapkan 5 untuk Cloves of Garlics (Chopped).

  17. Anda perlu untuk Small box of cooking cream.
  18. Anda Membutuhkan untuk Half block from the 250grm butter.
  19. Siapkan untuk Two tablespoons of rice flour mix with 3 tablespoons water.
  20. Anda perlu untuk Oil for frying (I use the bal oil from making egg floss).

Langkah-langkah Butter Prawn 🍤

  1. Heat up the butter with a cup of cooking oil on a pan. Beat the egg yolks and the egg in a bowl..
  2. Pour the egg mixture into the pan at higher point slowly and consistently. At the same time, keep stirring the mixture in circle movement so you will get a fine strings texture of the egg..
  3. Keep stirring the oil even after you done pouring the egg mixture into the pan. Keep the oil hot enough till your mixture become FOAMY. Fry it till golden crispy texture. Place the egg in a strainer to drain the oil and set aside. (This is my first time making egg floss and proud that i didn't blow up the kitchen. 🤣).
  4. Mix the rice flour, curry powder, chilli powder, garam masala, salt and pour them on the prawns. Make sure all prawns are coated with the dry mixture. For a simplest coating, u could use tumeric powder and salt 😁.
  5. Heat up the oil. (To avoid wastage, I reuse the same butter oil for frying egg floss to fry the prawns 😁). Once the oil is heated, fry the prawns for two to three minutes only. We dont want overcooked prawns. Once your prawnie turn to a C shape, then take them out. Set aside after frying..
  6. In a different pan, heat up the Butter. Put in the chillies, curry leaves and chopped Garlics into the Butter. Fry till you can smell the amazing aroma..
  7. Afterwards, pour in the cooking cream into the pan. Stir lightly. Then pour in the flour mixture (To thicken the sauce). Let it simmer till the sauce get into a bit thicker consistency..
  8. Once the sauce is thicker, pour in the fried prawns in the sauce. Let it simmer for few minutes..
  9. Transfer the prawn to a serving plate and pour the egg floss on top. It is ready to be served with hot rice 😊.
